Rooted in Sisterhood: A Conversation for Women Who Are Deeply Devoted to Genuine Connection

Pods & PR, HealSh**, My Daughter's Keeper

Sisterhood is an authentic relationship between sisters rooted in honesty, love, commitment, forgiveness and all the things that make relationships meaningful but our experiences impact the way we operate in relationship. Navigating trauma, self-love, imposter syndrome, corporate America and all the things can feel like a lot. Because of this, answering the call to sisterhood can sometimes feel impossible. During this two-hour interactive session, we will hold space to reflect on the ways in which we root ourselves in relationship and connect the elements of truth, experience and expectation to redefine our commitment to sisterhood. We are communal people who thrive in relationship. We need each other. This session will prepare you to show up for yourself and your sisters and take sisterhood to the next level.

It’s time to stop just talking about it – let’s be about it! In this interactive workshop we will imagine what we can do with our individual and collective superpowers as Black Women of the insurance industry and walk away with a set of S.M.A.R.T. goals that can change the industry as we know it.  We will through feelings of doubt, inadequacy, and fear to the wind and use our resilience, courage and strength to set the stage for what’s next.  There are no limits on what we can imagine therefore there are no limits as to what we can do!
